Are COOLA products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, we are committed to conscious beauty. All COOLA products are cruelty-free and the vast majority of our collection is vegan, using organic ingredients whenever possible.

What is the difference between Mineral and Classic sunscreen?

Our Classic sunscreens use traditional active ingredients to absorb UV rays, while our Mineral sunscreens use Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide to physically reflect them. Both provide broad-spectrum protection.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Are your formulas reef-friendly?

Absolutely. All COOLA sunscreens are formulated without Oxybenzone and Octinoxate to help protect our oceans and coral reefs.

Do you offer international shipping?
